ARIAS (UK) Half Day Conference & AGM

ARIAS (UK) held a half day conference (in person & online), followed by the AGM, from 9am to 2pm including lunch, on Thursday 19 June 2025 at the offices of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Governors House, 5 Laurence Pountney Hill, EC4R 0BR.
This year the focus was on developments in arbitration and insurance law. Specially, it launched new ARIAS (UK) clauses, namely the ARIAS (UK) Combined Clause and Arbitrator Questionnaire, and addressed the latest cases on the Insurance Act 2015. In addition, we had practical insights on best practice in arbitration. This was of interest to both insurers, reinsurers, practitioners and their clients.
