Experience

44 years of active involvement with reinsurance and insurance activities in the US and in the UK, Europe, and Asia as outside counsel, in house counsel, and as director of global claims for a major broker market global reinsurance company. Has participated in various arbitration proceedings as outside counsel, in-house counsel, party appointed arbitrator, and umpire through to final award. As in-house counsel managed the involvement of Sphere Drake in the personal accident carve-out spiral including the prosecution of the conspiracy action in the London Commercial Court and all related arbitrations in the UK and the US.
